Reducing Emissions with Renewable Energy and Efficiency Gains
We invest in energy efficiency and use renewable energy to minimize the effects of electricity usage. Promega is committed to using 100% renewable electricity by 2025. Currently, we’ve achieved 75% through on-site renewable energy production and global partnerships for renewable energy procurement.

Greener Shipping Innovations
We've reduced our environmental footprint by using smaller, unbleached shipping boxes made from sustainable materials and biodegradable air pouches, alongside packaging designs that minimize air space and utilize better insulating materials, cutting shipment weight and dry ice usage.
Conserving Water
Promega evaluates initiatives to conserve water in manufacturing, landscaping and other everyday needs at all locations. Examples include collecting rainwater for cleaning and irrigating plants in Australia and water conservation projects at manufacturing sites in California and Wisconsin.
